Do you think nature therapy is the best? Okay, before that, Let me ask you a question. To whom do you go or where do you go when you find yourself in a problem or can't find an answer? Many of you may have common responses, such as your mom or dad or your siblings or friends.
But have you ever thought of taking suggestions from nature? You might think this is ridiculous, but believe me, it is both possible and adequate. I feel you get all your answers if you go out and spend some time with nature. Every part of nature has so much to offer, and every land forms of nature teaches you something that no school or college can ever teach. It has its way of explaining things to us if you listen to them closely.
Let me tell you what things and lessons natural land forms like Mountains, Oceans, and Forests have to offer to us.
The Might Mountains
When we think of mountains, we think of hiking, snow, and pine trees. However, mountains that direct us to the right path have never crossed our minds even once. Mountains give us a lot of things, like water, minerals, cultural diversity, beautiful landscapes, and most importantly, fresh air. A deep breath of fresh air calms your mind and opens it to various explanations that you have been seeking. For once, try this: the next time you have doubts about yourself while visiting the mountains, spend at least 15-20 minutes alone in a quiet and calm place. Just soak in the air and the positivity it brings to you. You know, there are so many things to learn from the mountains. The mountains teach us to conquer our fears. You know, hiking and climbing mountains in chilly weather is just not easy, but what comes after those hurdles is worth taking a chance on. The mountains teach us that there is beauty in stillness, which is one of the most delightful lessons we can learn from them. Admire the calmness; it indicates your answer's direction and that your heart is seeking. Express your gratitude for everything that comes your way. There will be things you do not like, but adapting to them, like the mountains, will make you stronger. You will then realize that your problems are little compared to those gigantic mountains and the people living there.

The Magnificent Ocean
When we think of mountains, we think of hiking, snow, and pine trees. However, mountains that direct us to the right path have never crossed our minds even once. The mountains teach us to conquer our fears. You know, hiking and climbing mountains in chilly weather is just not easy, but what comes after those hurdles is worth taking a chance on. The mountains teach us that there is beauty in stillness, which is one of the most enjoyable lessons we can take away from them.
“The Ocean stirs the heart, inspires the imagination, and brings eternal joy to the soul.”
The Wild Forests
Forests are wild and, well, scary sometimes. Forests provide us with so many things that we, as humans, require daily. It has served us for ages and never disappointed us. Forests are the part of nature on which we rely the most. Forests have always been the giver of everything, from oxygen to wood to paper to fruits to vegetables and everything in between. We, at times, have exploited it too, but then again, it has never stopped us from giving. While taking so many things from forests, we should also sometimes absorb the qualities of the forest.
In Nature Therapy, What do Forests teach us?
The first thing that you should learn from forests is that, at times, you should slow down and enjoy the view that they offer. Slowing down and appreciating the present is critical in today's caffeine-furled environment. Know your roots and believe in them because they describe you. If your foundation is not strong, you won’t grow into a stronger person. Always remember that multiple hurdles will cross your path each day, but you have to accept them and keep growing with them. You are way stronger than you think.
“I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees.”- Henry David Thoreau
Next time you visit any of these land forms, make sure you give yourself some time alone with nature. Nature will unfold itself in front of you when you need it. It’s a healer. No one can ever make you understand things clear than nature; all you have to do is believe in it. Every lesson I have described has been tried and true, and I hope that my natural abilities to solve difficulties have always come in handy.
